2/10 Terrible

"Booked on the website for 2 rooms & when I showed up, they said I only booked 1 room. Offered me either a 1 bed or a 2 bed room, but said I could only have 1 room. Had to call around for a new hotel. Afterwards, called customer service who confirmed they most likely gave away my other room. Lobby reeked of cigarettes & people were just loitering all around outside smoking. Felt unsafe. Went online afterwards & the website was still allowing them to book rooms. Ridiculous & very unprofessional."

"The receptionist, Nate, was very helpful. The hotel is under construction at this time. There were no amenities available because of this. Nate was able to obtain ice and coffee for me. My room was the size of an apartment and was pretty swanky. It was a very reasonable price. I will definitely stay there again when I am in the area."

"I’m not a hotel snob by any means so I want to start by saying this hotel is okay for one night. It is definitely out of date/run down and could use some updates; it smelled like marijuana in the hallway of the second floor, the room itself smelled of mildew/stale air, the AC squealed loudly and never actually cooled the room down even though it was on the lowest setting, the tub was dirty, there was no shampoo in the shower but luckily we brought our own. We didn’t eat the breakfast as we slept in but for under $200/night I guess it’s okay."
