โThe breakfast was great, there was a lot of options and fresh fruit. The price of the room was also a huge bonus. This was one of the best places we've stayed in. We'll definitely be back. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. โ
โThis was a really nice hotel and the breakfast offered was good for a $15 add on (you pay once and can eat breakfast every day). The kitchen and housekeeping team were friendly and professional. Our room was clean and the hotel was very quiet. There was a very loud wedding party happening at the bar downstairs and we couldnโt hear a peep in our room. The hotel has a good amount of parking and there are some food options and a gas station right across the street. I would definitely stay here...
โEvery staff member and the manager I met, were personable, helpful, courteous, and professional. They are a cut above many places I have stayed in my life of travels. In this day and age, where no one seems to understand the meaning of Customer Service, they were exceptional. As a sidelight, the food there is exceptional, including breakfast. If Iโm in Auburn Hills again, I will stay there. โ
โIt was good, clean fresh smelling, too... bath tub faucet leaked, water in tub was scalding hot. No light bulbs in the wall sconces, limiting use of turning the lights on to just the over head light, which was too bright. ALSO the key card expired requiring i go to the desk to get it reset. The building is next to a busy freeway, was quite loud. But in inside the room wa quiet like church. I would stay there again, staff was very helpful. Thank you. โ
โIt was very good the only problem was one of the front desk service desk person he was very rude to the customers and when we asked for clean towels we were told we had to get them from house keeping but we never seen house keeping so we had to wash our own towelsโ
โHotel was very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was great to get on and off a major highway as well as being close to things like Wal-Mart, Tractor Supply, multiple gas stations, multiple different food options ( Coney Island, Five Guys, Shawarma etc) to help with any extra things you need. Also a lovely park nearby called Innovation Park off Hamlin road. Amazing for kids and families and also offers good bike paths and hiking as well although it's not a large path....
