“We loved our stay at Puerta Azul. They have their own dock to start snorkeling and kayaking from, as well as boat pickups of you prefer tours to reach farther destinations. Breakfast onsite was great with a weekly rotating menu. One thing to note is that the onsite restaurant is the only convenient but expensive option for lunch and dinner. “The property was nice. Food was good. The main pool is nice but needs a lot of tiles replaced. Snack bar food needs improved, a lot of the food was room temp. There is no snorkeling in front of the resort,BUT go to the beach turn left walk about 10-12 min to the end of the beach and snorkel about 150 feet out and you'll find excellent snorkeling”

“Simply awesome, it feels like a very curated experience, food is great, staff very kind and helpful, and the amenities are actually valuable. I love it and will be definitely coming back. One last thing, if you have ever been curious about scuba diving you should give it a try here, Axel and Lucila are awesome, so knowledgeable but also friendly and fun to be around. Definitely come to Ibagari.”

I love the attention you get out the pool from the staff the restaurant had nice staff and good food…. I will...
