“Everyone at infinity bay was so helpful and caring. Everyone was very nice, The rooms were very clean. It was a true paradise from the moment we walked in and staff helped us in every way possible. I would go here anytime!”

“If you want incredible scuba diving with the on site dive shop run by Turquoise Divers you can do boat and shore dives on spectacular walls and reefs. Although a bit remote on a quiet part of the island, it is very secure and they offer all sorts of excursions by boat and bus. There is a calm cove for swimming and snorkeling, nice pools and very family friendly. Food is fine and the drinks are cold. Entertainment nightly, although it can be cheezy but fun! They do offer very reasonable airport...

“We had the private beach entirely to ourselves in February. It was a great escape. The resort does have to take you by van and then by boat to get there but that’s all of 15 minutes total time. I am returning in July and have already booked with them a second time.”

“The place itself is fairly nice. Fairly inconvenient having to check-in elsewhere and get to and from the front desk, but not a big deal. My issue is the property has tons of cameras and I do believe my wallet was taken from the desk in my room while I was sleeping. My fault for incorrectly locking the door when I got in to the room for the night. “Beautiful property. The food times are limited and can be repetitive. The beach is one of the nicest I’ve been to, and I’ve been to many! Wonderful staff! Extremely clean! The pool area, at night is breathtaking! Bring an insulated cup with you AND a reusable straw!!!! A rashguard will be especially helpful….the sun is brutal.”

“Unfortunately we did not have water for 2 days, and while it may or may not be a maintenance issue, it simply made our stay very uncomfortable as we couldn’t shower, use the washroom, etc. The staff are very courteous and friendly but they operate based on the hotel’s rules/budget so there’s not much more they can do. The floor in the room was filthy and I don’t think it was cleaned/moped once during our stay (showed on our feet after walking barefoot, after coming from beach with clean feet)....
