“This hotel is phenomenal, I believe it’s the nicest property in West Bay and is located in front of one of the best snorkeling places on the island. The staff could not have been nicer and more accommodating. My only complaint is that despite the hotel’s air-conditioning working very well and keeping the hotel very cool, my room (430) had a strong, musty smell, as did the lobby of that floor and the hallway, so likely other rooms also suffer from this issue too. “I do not recommend this resort. Thay indicated free shuttle service, they surprised us with 30USD in taxi fare. Our air conditioning went out one night and the staff seemed very upset that we bothered them to fix it. I tipped for the inconvience and was laughed at. “We were there 2 weeks from March 23 to April 6, with breakfast included. it was our 3rd visit to the hotel over a 10 year period. Renovated rooms and pool looked great!
