“Good overall experience, but specialty dining reservations need major improvement
Overall, we had a good experience. Our room in the newest building was spacious, with a great view of the pool and partial ocean. However, the A/C made a loud noise during its first 20 seconds, which woke up my family at night.
The buffet food was decent but average, though the weekend morning menudo and birria were surprisingly good for an all-inclusive in Nuevo Vallarta. Specialty restaurants were acceptable...

“Hermosa propiedad frente al mar! Realmente maravilloso el personal desde que llegas hasta el último día ofrecen un servicio excepcional! La suite junior vale 100% el costo extra. Con habitación, sala, cocina, 2 baños, terraza con vista al mar, jacuzzi, y electrodomésticos incluyendo lavadora y secadora. Los restaurantes todos excelentes! En especial reconocemos un gran servicio de Jesús en el área de la alberca! Y a Paola en concierge! Su gran amabilidad y apoyo a los huéspedes resalta! 👍”

“To start with, when booking this stay we were not aware that this room was actually located at Villa La Estancia. Why was this called Beachside Escape?
The room was nice but the balcony was shared with the larger unit next door. We were not aware of this and felt awkward using this space. We also felt that it could be a security risk. We noticed a lot of the balconies had partitions up for these reasons.
We had a mini fridge, coffee maker but could not plug in the coffee maker as the cord was...
