We are very sensitive to the environment and therefore we try to make our guests understand that washing towels every day pollutes our planet, dispersing detergents and consuming water. This review of yours is very unfair to us maybe you should have addressed it to the Mayor of Florence. First of all I want to clarify that Apollo Gusthouse is located on the third floor of a building in the historic center a few steps from the train station. The rules for the collection of waste are these and the collection of garbage continues during the day, thousands of people visit Florence every day of the year and if it were not so we would be flooded with garbage. Many Florentines also live in the city and all paying taxes are entitled to have a clean city. In Apollo there are soundproof windows in every room and nobody ever complains about this problem. Maybe you just need to close the window.We are sorry for you but maybe you should have booked at a country residence an hour away from the city not in the historic center a few steps from the Duomo and the major monuments known worldwide.
