Dear Juan, first of all I would like to thank you for staying at our Eco Urban bb. We agree with you the entry of the building need an upgrade which we have already planned and which we will start as soon as the season is over. Unfortunately the entrance is shared with other owners and it is not always possible to require immediate intervention as the hotel service required. We are pleased you find the room nice and clean while about the smell, as our guest assistant Kathlyn had already explained to you, it is nothing more than the anti-mosquito product, which as you have seen can be removed at any time.thanks again for your feed-back!!!
