조용한 곳, 옥상 테라스 뷰가 멋있고 수영장도 있어 아이가 좋아했습니다.
피렌체 S.M.Novella 역에서 캐리어 끌고 가긴 조금 먼거리인거 빼고는 모두 좋았습니다. 도심과 조금 떨어져서 한적하고 조용하고 안전한 동네입니다. 짐 없이는 두오모, 베끼오 다리 다 걸어서 다닐 수 있는 거리입니다. 옥상 테라스 뷰와 수영장은 정말 좋았습니다. 1박 일정이라 아쉬웠고 조식도 생각보다 훌륭했어요. 식당 매지저분이 살짝 불친절했지만 이탈리아 도시 전반적으로 친절하진 않아서 그러려니 했네요.

기차역과의 거리를 고려하세요.
아주 친절하다. 조식은 평범하고.. 옥상에서 피렌체의 전망이 잘 보여서 좋다. 단점이 있다면 생각보다 기차역과 거리가 멀다. 길을 찾기도 조금 까다롭다. 게다가 가는 길이 완전히 돌길이라서 무거운 캐리어를 끌고 가기 힘들었다. 시설은 살짝 오래된 느낌이 있다.

조식이 너무 좋은 호텔
호텔 위치는 중심지에서 먼 편이다. 그러나 조식의 메뉴가 풍부하며 질이 좋고, 테라스에서 먹을 수 있어 뷰가 상당히 좋은 편이다. 투숙중에 욕실에 문제가 있어 호텔직원에게 알리자 다음날 바로 고쳐주었다. 전반적으로 만족하며 앞으로도 이용할 생각이 있다.

Not good as picture. Especially,swimming pool was really small and old. Poor breakfast my room was really noisey room first floor and beside of private room(maybe for maid) and don't expect wifi at all.

정말 만족스러운 호텔이었습니다. 야외수영장 뷰도 정말 좋았고 조식식당도 좋았습니다. 위치가 시내에서 좀 떨어져 있기는 하나 오히려 시끄럽지 않고 산책하기도 좋았네요.

We loved Hotel Kraft! My friend and I came to stay for three nights and have said if we were to come again, we would certainly stay here. The staff are so warm, welcoming and helpful. The room was amazing, beautiful balcony, great room amenities 10/10. Loved the rooftop pool which was warm and a dip after a day of walking was much appreciated. Wonderful views of Florence from the rooftop pool and the bar. It was very easy to walk everywhere from the hotel, attractions are around 20 minutes away. We would highly recommend!

The entire staff made us feel comfortable. We don’t speak Italian but they spoke English and assisted us with our plans in the city and transportation. We loved our stay and would return if the opportunity presents itself.

We stayed in a beautiful superior room with balcony and definitely recommend this hotel. Great service, friendly staff and one of the few hotels to have a pool on the roof. Within walking distance to all the attractions yet away from the crowd with beautiful views, perfect.

The hotel was stunning, staff extremely friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. The room we stayed in (room 130) was beautiful and we couldn’t have asked for more, especially as it had a balcony where we could sit out in the evening with a nice bottle of Prosecco!! The rooftop terrace for breakfast and dinner was sublime with stunning views of Florence. We will highly recommend the Kraft Hotel to our friends and we definitely stay here again. Thank you for making our Silver Wedding anniversary so special.

PARFAIT POUR VISITER FIRENZE
L hôtel est très bien situé pour visiter florence, le petit déjeuner est parfait, le personnel très efficace, les chambres sont spacieuses et la literie très confortable . Par contre j avais envoyé un message avant pour connaître les disponibilités et prix parking mais je n ai jamais eu de retour de même que aucun intérêt d être membre gold aucun avantage. L hôtel n’est en rien responsable je pense . Et ça n’empêche en rien de recommander l hôtel kraft. Grazie arrivederci.
