Florida Gulf Coast, Florida hotel rooms at the Red Roof Inn

This is by far the most spacious and clean hotel room I have ever stayed in. Very comfortable and welcoming. The staff was fabulous. The pool area was very nice we really enjoyed the heated salt water pool. Der Dutchman restaurant was conveniently located (a 1-2 minute walk) and had delicious food. We will definitely stay here again! 😊

Amazing experience

The HH is my go-to when staying in Downtown St Pete. It is central to everything; the water, restaurants, and retail. The Sunday Pool Party is famous and a “must” for out-pf-towners.

Pool was not open and that was the main reason for booking this hotel. We were not notified or given notice that the pool was out of service prior to arriving. If we would have known we would have canceled and gone to a hotel with a pool. Very disappointed.

This hotel definately exceeded our expectations. Even though it is an old building (built in the early 1900s), the staff is very proud of its heritage and previous famous guests. They have done an outstanding job renovating and upkeeping this place. The hotel areas and rooms were impecably clean and the ambiance was from an old high vintage high class hotel. Yes the pool was great a lot of chairs for the guests, pool toys for the kids and adults and clean and friendly staff.

I liked how clean and updated the property was.. it was in a great location and the rooms were nice. The bed, sheets and pillows were also welcoming I slept so good. I also loved the complimentary breakfast they provided it was so many options & the food was fresh. I will most definitely come back to this hotel 10/10

I was very happy to see a nice and clean room with all the necessary things (small fridge, microwave, keurig coffeemaker, hair dryer, etc) It was clean and pretty. It has a balcony with a couple of chairs, the mattress and linens were cozy!! The pool area was nice too… Will definitely come back

The hotel is beautifully decorated. Its very clean from the lobby to the room. The room was spotless, the beds were comfortable and they supply shampoo, conditioner and body wash in their bathrooms. Overall okay stay, room size was good, convenient location and good price. First of all keep in mind that once you get there the parking is just valet and the cost is $38/day! Not advertised or mentioned on hotel info. The other options giving was somewhere across the street at $25 per night. Hotel was very nice and clean. First day we left room right after breakfast and left a sign at door for the service not to get inside but apparently people cleaning didn’t care so they went inside anyways....
