"Positive feedback: - Spacious room (couch included, bit TV, toilet and shower were separated) - Staff were friendly to interact - Great location (Westfield mall was across the street) Other feedback: - A/C does not work - When we first when to use the shower, the floor smelled like urine. The shower drain is slow."

"Shower unit was rusty in one corner . Was not aware that no transport from hotel to zoo was provided for elderly and infirmed people. My wife is 81 and walked with a stick so found the walk to and from zoo exhausting . We had booked VIP experience at zoo so had to do the walk or lose the money"

"The staff was lovely, the bed and pillows are very comfortable. The road noise is surprisingly quiet, but bedroom doors are quite loud. Shower pressure is a bit weak but does the job.The hotel doesn't have a restaurant so you get a voucher to eat at the nearby food places, which is helpful. Unfortunately, the iron to steam our clothes was not available anymore. The access to the hotel is a bit complicated: if you follow your navigation, it will make you use the motorway and do a back and forth. But there is an access the hotel without going through the motorway, look for road D225 out of Nemours."
