"Stayed here recently and had mixed feelings. The cleaning staff were genuinely nice, but the rest of the staff weren’t very friendly, and a few interactions came across as a bit sarcastic.
Be warned: rooms are only cleaned every 3 days, so you can easily run out of toilet paper and towels in between. I’m not sure how this qualifies as a 4-star hotel without daily cleaning. On top of that, the hair dryer in my room didn’t work.
On the plus side, the beds were comfortable and I slept well each...

"We had a wonderful stay here! The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, which made us feel very welcome. Our room had a beautiful, calming forest theme and was clean, spacious, and comfortable.
Breakfast was also very good, with a nice variety of breads, local honey and jam, eggs, and sausage. We especially enjoyed having some local touches at breakfast.
If we return to Strasbourg, we would definitely choose to stay here again. Highly recommended!"
