The staff is friendly and welcoming. They go out of their way to help with any issue you have. Staff are continually cleaning and the hotel looks and smells wonderful. This was our first stay at this hotel and won’t be our last. We cruise out of Fort Lauderdale and will make sure we stay here again.

Staff at desk were rude and impatient. We were traveling with a disabled person and staff knew that beforehand and yet that person’s room was last to be available, after 3:00 p.m. No effort was made to request housekeeping to do that room first and disabled guest had to sit in lobby for hours.

Shower tiles missing and mold present in corners, broken tiles behind door, the doors are paper thin, so you hear peoples activity in hallways and in connecting doors within rooms. Coffee was weak as a kitten, eggs were powdered. There were also about 20 cesspool trucks at the location throughout our stay. we complained and lady at desk said they had a job nearby, so they allowed them to park the 'poopy" (name of the company trucks all over the parking area...instead of asking them to not to park them there....they could have left the trucks on the site....hardly any restaurants nearby...fast food mostly.

Our room was dirty. The carpet was so bad our toddler afeet would turn black while walking around the room. Room is old, bathroom old, musty smell overall a bad experience.

Breakfast was not good. Eggs are cold. Shower doesn't get that hot. Cleaning staff block the hallway when you are trying to get to your room with your luggage. I am a business traveler and was put next to a room with many kids yelling until late at night. Really seems like people might be living at the hotel. You should probably stay somewhere else if you are traveling for business.
