It's great because the boardwalk and beach are only a 1/2 block away but you don't pay the the high prices you would have to stay at a hotel on the boardwalk.

Liked that it is walkable near the oceanfront and to Options of restaurants, family friendly boardwalk and activities. What I don’t like is we were place to a busy and loud street, where you can hear the people walking and talking and nonstop cars, my ear hurts and no peaceful sleep. The unit is ok.

Only thing I liked was it’s low key. I don’t like that the shower clogged the ac kept shutting off and on my last day someone was having sex in the pool at 2am when I walked out my room to grab something from the car they have very hot water it wasn’t clean the shower had the last guest stuff still inside at the top the sheets had yellow stains etc but overall it’s good for the price you pay

My original room was open, theres hidden parking charges, the door to my room was wide open so i had to grt it switched, it smelled of smoke but overall it was a great place, im more pissed at the hidden parking charge, the smoke filled room, or the shower that had no hot water, andnused shampoos/conditioners, however for the price it still exceeded my expectations. At night my area may have had an outdoor party on a tuesday night, which would make sense if theres a pool bit theres not. Overall i wouldnt go here again.

Swan Building: Check in took 55 minutes standing in line! Our room was dirty- specifically the shower seat. The room stayed humid, everything was wet, and we were hot the entire stay! The safe started beeping in our room when we were trying to go to bed, and it took 2 calls and over an hour to get someone there to fix it. We were also on the second floor with no elevators or assistance, so I had to carry our luggage up for a week long trip with my young daughter. It was rough! Breakfast was minimal.. and I wasn’t aware you had to ask for cups and tissues for the room. There was soap and lotion, but nothing else.

check in was a nightmare and takes at least an hour. Room had no working light, sink full of dead bugs, and the bed collapsed in the middle as soon as I sat on it. Breakfast was inedible and there wasn’t even any coffee. Coffee maker in room but no coffee. Only decent thing is proximity to ocean
