This was the dirtiest and loudest hotel I’ve ever been to. It was so disgusting and smelly we decided to leave immediately as it generally seemed that our health was at risk for breathing the air. The hallways and staircases were soaked with urine based off the smell and our room had dried pee on the walls. Bedsheets had all manner of colored stains. We were denied a refund as well so clearly the management knows and doesn’t care. This is essentially a ripoff unless you risk your health. Don’t ever book this place no matter what you might think.

We went for the most inexpensive stay since we were only going to be there for 8 hours. Was close to the cruise port. I would do it again rather than pay double to be a little closer but it is a sketchy area.

The rooms were clean. But the hall ways to the rooms were dirty. The carpets with in the hallways look as if they have never ever been cleaned. Very, very dirty. No elevators. Just stairs to get up to the second floor.

Hotel lobby and hallways reek of smoke. The floors are covered in bug parts, hairballs, junk etc. in every corner. One mattress has a bed bug cover. The other bed has lots and lots of red bed bug stains. The hallway has cockroaches climbing the walls. Drug paraphernalia in the stairwells. Women’s underwear under the sink in our room. Told the desk clerk and he just said “oh. Sorry. “ didn’t offer to do anything about it. There was a lady with no pants in the lobby with her butt cheeks hanging out of the bottom of her shirt. The entire experience is Absolutely disgusting. We are here only to sleep and have 5 hours till were leave. Paid $180 on Expedia. Do. Not. Stay. Here even though the pictures look nice. It is a total crap hole.

This is place is the worst! The whole place smells like marijuana! From the moment you walk in to the lobby. The rooms smell like marijuana, it’s so strong that one can’t even sleep because of the smell! It’s dirty everywhere, trash cans overflowing with trash, dirty carpets. Upon check in the gentleman complained the whole time how his shift was almost over and the person who had to cover/take over wasn’t there. How he was so busy and couldn’t do everything himself and then proceeded to show us a hand written list of rooms he said he had to check up on. we were told that housekeeping was so busy that they would not be cleaning our room. Our room was not clean, there was poop on the floor, and no blankets. Changed rooms which was not better. Sheets were ripped, there was poop on the bathroom walls and door frame, base boards are falling apart.There’s lots of sketchy people within the hotel, some looked homeless. They hang out in the pool area smoking marijuana , smell goes to room.We asked for refund so we could take our family else where, where it was clean and safe but the gentleman said no “I can’t refund you” and walked away, very rude! This place doesn’t have breakfast. Rooms don’t even have an iron. This was a terrible stay/experience. don’t recommend especially if you are traveling with kids. Don’t want a generic “sorry” either, because the gentleman onsite could have cared less! This place needs major maintenance! Will never stay here again!

The staff is okay. When we check out early around 6am, no one there. We have to call staff for check out. It's not convenient. Room is dirty, the water in the faucet is yellow, look like dirty. We book 2 nights with 4 people . The room provide only 2 towels and 2 small towel and 1 soap. Half roll toilet paper. No room clean and change the bed sheet. I 've never come back again. Room price as so high when we book in the last minutes.

Checked in Tuesday night and an awful odor was in the passage and extremely at my door. The room front stinks. Spoke with someone on Thursday who was vacuuming about the smell. Nothing was done. On Saturday morning police was at the unit in front of my room. A man been DEAD in the unit directly across from me. He must have been DEAD at least 3 days or more before my checked in. That’s 1 week a dead man been across from me. His ac blows directly to the door straight to my door. I stayed one week and no house keeping or towel change. So that explains why someone could have been DEAD for a week in the unit. But that smell shows no one cared to see what’s been going on.

We arrived very late at 4am in the morning due to flight delay. The hotel told us they overbooked the rooms so there was nothing available! There was also no rooms available anywhere else within vincinity. Hotel refused to refund, Expedia refused to refund. I had two little children with me who were exceedingly tired from the flight. The worker there ended up giving us a room with broken AC, no pillows, not cleaned. It was basically a "down" room which was not meant to be sold to customers. We need a place to crash for a few hours before the cruise, and there was nothing around that area for us to book. And he indicated that is a checkin and therefore we cannot get a refund. DO NOT book this Motel.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Avoid, even if only one night. Many hookers. Arrived with reservation and they had no room, very rude staff. Eventually they ‘cleaned’ a room for us. Room was disgustingly dirty, left over used soaps in shower, unclean sheets - just horrible. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Check in Person was so very unprofessional.Not welcoming and frantic. Cursing complaining to guest that he is overbooked. Front office person gave me a smoke/cigarette smelling room. On the first floor.I went back to him asked for a room change he then gave me another room on the same floor that smelled the same has a whole burnt comforter.And now i am in an accessible room.I called Expedia and explained them what is going on and they tried clling the property i wanted i refund too book another place. The Front office person refuses to change me to another room and will not give me a refund.I am stuck here in a room that is making my sinus act up.

First it was hard to find parking. The parking was very dark and 6-8 men hanging around the entrance. The front desk guy was too busy playing video games. No greeting. Once checked in the hotel the hallway smelled like we walked in smoke chamber. The AC wasn’t working, there was pubic hair and a roach on the sheets. We left. The attendant said he couldn’t check us out till 11am but we left anyway. It was an expense we didn’t expect but we couldn’t stay in that nightmare.

Not giving it a 5 star but saying that I will probably stay here again. Rooms were clean and the price reasonable compared to others. It was fully booked both nights I stayed. Full property could use a upgrade but it’s close to airport and cruise port
