Parking was too far from the hotel. Close to shopping areas which was really a huge plus... Found hair in the shower and under the sink. No laundry facilities, and didn’t like that the pool was on the 9th floor, elevators was on one side of the hotel which made it a lengthy walk to our room, but it was an alright stay. Felt safe, spacious, liked the layout of the room

Stayed for 5 days . Location is perfect. Traveled with my service dog, so his morning walks with our morning coffee was very convenient. The premises basically had everything you needed ( Plantation Walk ). The hotel itself is very comfy , feels like home , spacious inside . I really taught the room came equipped with a stove . But my room didnt . The bathrooms are very spacious . Seperate toilet shower to the sinks . The living room was a great addition as well . The TV allows you to connect to your streaming devices which made everything more comfortable. Netflix and chill for the rainy nights and YouTube as well was a great addition . We didnt get a chance to view the pool , but its a rooftop pool and hot tub. All in all the property was a 10/10 . Location was even better. Thank you for allowing us to make great memories !!!!

I use to come to this hotel as a kid during Christmas time back when they had the mall attached, it was always super clean, modern looking, spacious rooms & great staff. Almost 30 years later and it’s still that way! Love how the area has developed. So many restaurants in walking distance at Plantation Walk. Great location, staff is still great, rooms are still modernized and spacious. Housekeeping cleans daily, water is super hot and the air conditioning gets very cold. Would definitely stay here over and over again!
