"The hotel was going through renovations. There were many things they still needed to upgrade or replace. Carpet in halls was rough. We were afraid one of the outlets in our room might start a fire. We alerted the front desk and unplugged the TV . Hoping that when the improvements are completed it will be an even better place to stay. The view from the balcony was very nice. Good people watching on the harbor. Nice

"I wish communication would have been stronger for instance. We didn’t know how to work our TVs. We couldn’t figure out the cable versus streaming. We didn’t know where our towels were. We didn’t know more towels were coming because of the washing machine our fans didn’t mark and although they did send someone over quickly we never got a response from management about them not working the entire time. Our room was clean and neat and comfortable to stay in. I think that a good job was done there."
