"It was fairly clean and the staff were friendly. The hotel is very nice, we booked to attend a gymnastics competition at the convention center. It was super convenient being right across the street. I chose to park at the garage down on commerce and 14th, it was $16 cheaper. The beds were not for me, a little too firm and the sheets were a little rough. We stayed in a king with a sofa pull out that our son bunked on and he thought it was quite comfortable. Elevators were fast and there are three so we never had to wait long at all even with a pretty full hotel. Breakfast was decent and they had a good variety of hot and cold foods. They had three or four waffle makers and that came in handy because they sure were a popular breakfast choice. The patio was very nice and the pool table was also a nice touch. Definitely recommend staying here if you are attending an event at the ft worth convention center or want to visit Sundance square which was also fun."

"I honestly expected far more from this Hotel….. my room looked like it hadn’t been updated since the 80’s. I’ve stayed at Motel 6 and had a much nicer room for 59.00….. but this one cost me 359.00. Would not recommend this hotel …. Old and outdated! I will say the staff was pleasant…. The room just sucked!"

"Upon checking in with the rest of my party, we were informed that two people did not have a room as theirs was not available even though they had confirmation emails in hand. Evidently the room set aside for them was needing repairs and there were no other rooms available. There was no offer to find them other accommodations, that was left up to them. On my reservation I requested to have a walk-in shower as I had a medical condition that prevented me from getting in and out of a tub easily. I was given a walk-in shower but I thought it would be a ADA bathroom with grab bars also. There were no grab bars and the commode was not ADA either. Bed mattress is very hard which was not good for my back, although the pillows made up for it. I won't be staying at this property again. I will say Clay at the front desk was very helpful when we as out of towners were trying to navigate where certain tourist spots were located."
