โThe front-desk staffers were especially friendly and helpful when my friend and I checked in. I don't remember their names, but we appreciated meeting the young woman and young man who checked us in on Saturday night.โ
โThe staff was amazing, and really showed care and concern. The breakfast could have had more options, but was satisfactory. The room was clean and spacious. The elevator worked just fine. Everything was perfect except for when you left the facility. The surroundings were awful; nasty, and people openly doing drugs. Public transportation was limited and walking was not an option due to the homeless. Too bad because the hotel is so nice.โ

We showed the cler the reservation but did not confirm that the room was correct.
