The menu was inaccurate regarding what drinks were actually available and the food was mediocre. The water and ice throughout the building had a foul taste to it and needs to be filtered. "

"I didn't spend a night there, because of the unprofessional behavior of the receptionist who supposed to check me in. She was raised to hate minorities. She has no respect for herself, nor for the company she represent and none for clients. She and the security officer, on duty that night, are the worse employees I've ever seen in my live."

"Staff was amazing…room was clean, cozy with whimsical decor. Bed was super comfy. Had an amazing breakfast in the lobby restaurant. Was in the perfect location to walk the glass bridge and visit the glass museum. Lemay car museum super close as well. "
