"Always a great stay at Oxford, initially did not take advantage of amenities! But after visiting numerous times it’s basically a bargain. Breakfast above average for hotel! You get a gym with sauna, social hour (drinks) along with above average outdoor area compared to surrounding hotels. "

"Mattress was terrible. They need replacing. Could feel springs and mattress was sagging. Not a great night sleep. Also, something runs all night long. Don’t know if it’s the heating system or what. When my husband got up at 2am you could hear a spring pop in the mattress. Won’t be staying there again."

"I checked in and left right away, never even unpacked into room, losing $1000 and went somewhere else. They were unwilling to compromise. You get what you pay for. It is very cheap and everything about it reflects that. I had an issue with the unsecured wi-fi since I was staying there for work and would not be able to do any work due to that. I tried to get them to allow me to connect to the secure network and the begrudgingly agreed but they did not know the password so it didn't matter. For a 10 day trip you think they would have tried to work with me on keeping a couple nights as a cancellation fee. Lesson learned on trying to save money and will always ask about secured networks but have never had that be an issue before."
