Employees dressed like they on the patio at home. Don't say anything. And nothing is clean. Bathroom dirty and the bed wasn't clean. I used my t-shirt to cover the pillow to get some sleep... need better customer service....

Village location good if you use crowded collectivo (group taxi/van). Absolutely no services and we were even locked out during the day time. Wasp nest on our door. Cockroach and cigarette butts in lobby. No water pressure. They never cleaned the sheets, trash or towels the whole week. But cheap and a local experience for stories when back home.

Cuando llegamos no había nadie en la recepción, un chico nos hice el favor de llamar a la persona que nos atendió, nos entregó la llave y nos tuvimos que dirigir solos a la habitación. Cuando llegamos había personas tomando y siguieron hasta muy tarde, en la habitación falta agua caliente en la regadera y alguna sábana para taparse, la alberca no se puede usar porque estaba muy sucia.

low budget
first dont put toilet paper in the toilet ! thairs no sighns telling you , and they wont plunge your toilet till the next day . second he has the cutest dog , but dog barks alot in the morning and at night . and watch out for dog poop laying around . best part is it was buget friendly , you can catch a buss to and from holel from tulum . witch is cheeper than taxi by alot . its easy to find . and they will let you use thair microwave if your trying to keep a food budget . they only speak spanish . but will be friendly with you if you cant speak much spanish .

O hotel é muito confortável, nenhum dos serviços deixa a desejar. Fica um pouco afastado das ruínas de Tulum, mas, por outro lado, está mais perto das ruínas de Cobá. Vale bastante a pena principalmente se estiver com algum carro alugado, pois os táxis cobram caro para ir do centro até lá e os coletivos demoram um pouco. Os funcionários são simpáticos e amáveis.

Buen hotel para hacer un stop en el viaje, la amabilidad del personal es increíble. La television no tenía señal, pero fuera de eso esta muy bien, limpio y seguro.

Hotel en bordure de route tres facile d'acces.
Voyageant seul et étant paraplégique, j'ai eu de l'aide au quotidien avec les responsables de l'établissement, si bien qu'en quelques jours je me suis intégré a eux et je faisais parti de "la famille". Des mon arrivé au motel, ils accouraient pour venir me descendre le fauteuil roulant de ma voiture, me descendre mon sac etc .... vraiment a l'écoute de la personne. Le prix plus que correct pour la dimension de ma chambre et les équipements.

Motel très de base...mais propre...pas d'eau chaude, pas de télé qui fonctionne, le gérant n'avait pas notre réservation...pas eu la chambre demandée...pas de rideaux occultants pas de contrôle de l'air climatisé Vraiment déçus...même si pas cher faut offrir ce qui est décrit...

Great service. Lovely staff
Excellent. Nice to be away from the bustle of Tulum but within easy reach. Lots of local shops and places to eat. Good for access to Coba. Giovanni and Angela are great hosts and cook a very good breakfast that sets you up dor a day of exploring. Perfect if you have kids, we have a 4 yr old and a nearly 2 yr old. Well recommended

It was nice. I was bale to do laundry and use the fridge outside.. Also they let us park the motorcycles inside the yard.. Very nice people

Petit hôtel très propre. Personnel gentil. Wifi à améliorer et seulement 1 poste de télévision. Piscine très bien mais nécessite de changer l'échelle car manque 2 marches.

Great place to stay. Off the beaten path and close proximity to the Ruins. Rural area east of Tulum near Mexican-Mayan village.Fifteen minutes to Tulum and beaches.

Staff were friendly, room was clean, bed was poor mattress on cement, pillows were very small, restaurant was not open. Had to drive 20+ km to eat. Ladder in pool broken so couldn't get in or out. couldn't get TV on. Overpriced for what we got.

Hotel between Tulum and Coba
The rooms were fine, but the hotel looks as though it is struggling to survive. One of the two rooms we booked had only luke warm water at best in the shower. The towels and linen were clean but threadbare. There were no breakfast facilities onsite. When we asked about the "included" breakfast, we were told that there was a restaurant down the road where we could have breakfast. It was over a mile away. We had to drive into Tulum for our meal in the evening.

Erinomainen hinta-laatu suhde Keskellä ei mitään.
Matkalla Valladolidista rannalle. Pysähdyimme yöpymään ja lepäämään tienvarsihotelliin. Hotelli on siisti , mukava, erinomainen hinta-laatusuhde. Oma uima-allas. Henkilökunta on avuliasta. Simme jopa pestä pyykkimme ilman lisäveloitusta. Ainoa huomioitava seikka on sen sijainti tien varressa keskellä ei mitään.

Clean and safe hotel...
This hotel is not close to the beach but it's exactly what we wanted and needed. The hotel is small, quiet, very clean and safe. We were looking for someplace like this to cut the travel time from having to drive to Playa del Carmen to the ruins in Yucatan. Jose the manager there was always attentive to our needs, and always ready to give advise on food spots etc... The rooms are super simple but what we needed. Good air conditioner, 2 clean beds and plenty of hot water with good water pressure. The TV only had one channel and usually on the channel the front desk was watching... But we didn't mind. The hotel also has a nice clean pool with a deep end and a shallow end that we took advantage of on our last night there.. All in all a very enjoyable stay and I would definitely return again..

O hotel é bem simples, na beira da estrada. É afastado do centro de Tulum. O quarto é amplo e limpo. Não há muitas opções de restaurantes ou lanchonetes em volta. Passamos uma noite e foi bem agradável. Do lado do hotel tem uma casa "restaurante" que é bem aconchegante, optamos por jantar lé. Gostamos! O atendente é uma simpatia. Não tivemos problemas com o hotel. Gostei. Nos valeu muito para passar a noite e tem ótimo preço.

Great little hotel for an awesome price
We loved the Palma Real. It was a little out of the way (about 13 miles from Tulum), but the price was very worth it. We had a rental car so it wasn't a big deal. It was hard to find in the dark initially because there are no street lights around, but once you get close, the hotel has a giant green sign that's easy to spot. The room was pretty good sized with tile floors and a comfy California King bed. It was cleaned and the sheets and towels were changed daily. The shower was ok - the water pressure wasn't great, but it was a clean hot shower after each day of doing tourist stuff. This is not a deluxe 5 star hotel - so don't stay here if that's what you want. Tulum has some of the best beaches in the world and the area tends to be more eco-friendly. Hostels are popular here. It is a place to go for the best beach experiences, food, drinks, swimming, snorkeling and awesome people. There are spas around if you want to be pampered. Just don't expect that at the Palma Real. It was exactly what we wanted, however, and we would stay there again. The pool looked nice, but we didn't use it. We stayed here in April and it was quiet and clean. There were some geckos around and it appeared that they were doing some remodeling to the building. All in all, I couldn't be happier with this hotel. This is Mexico - there are police checkpoints, bugs and mold. It's just a part of life. The negative reviews I have read all complain about these things so educate yourself before you go.

Für alle, die nur ein Bett für die Nacht suchen
Schon bei der Ankunft wirkte das Motel völlig verlassen - kein Mensch weit und breit. Wir mussten erstmal 10 min warten, bis sich ne dubiose Gestalt eingefunden hat, um uns mehr schlecht als recht einzuchecken. Wenn wir nicht eine Buchungsbestätigung dabei gehabt hätten, wäre es wohl etwas schwierig geworden. Danach während des ganzen Aufenthalts keine Menschenseele vom Personal mehr gesehen (und andere Gäste auch nur einmal). Wirkte also etwas wie diese Motels aus den Horrorfilmen. ;-) Die Ausstattung ist äußerst rudimentär - mehr als ein Dach über dem Kopf und ein Bett zum Übernachten sollte man definitiv nicht erwarten. Dafür ist es allerdings einigermaßen kostengünstig. Nur für Reisende mit Mietwagen zu empfehlen, da sehr abgelegen und Auto notwendig, um irgendwo hin zu kommen. Insektenspray und eigene Handtücher sind zu empfehlen.

Clean budget hotel about 15 minutes from Tulum in small town of Francisco Un May. Good sized room, strong internet and very basic.

Budget stay for 1-2 nights
This is a basic accomodation on the road from Tulum to Coba. It's very budget friendly, no-frills option. The room has AC and TV, shelving and table with chairs. To use TV you need to leave a money deposit at the front desk. The property also has a pool and a small snack bar, neither of which we used. There is a 24 hr front desk/security person on duty. The room was reasonably clean but the sheets had stains which I didn't like. There is not much nearby in terms of cafes or grocery stores so for meals we drove to Tulum pueblo (~20 min).

Es un buen hotel de paso sin lujos. Recibís lo que pagas, ni más ni menos. Lo bueno: la habitación era muy cómoda. Lo malo: no la limpiaron todos los días y el aspecto en general del hotel no es el mejor. Aconsejable sólo para los que se manejan en auto ya q está un poco alejado de las playas pero camino a Tulum se pasa por varios cenotes.

Ein Hotel bequem für Durchreise.
Das Hotel findet sich an der Landstraße. Wir haben da eine Nacht übernachtet. Presisleistung war sehr gut, Austatung alt und geflegt. Leider gab es nur ein TV Sender verfügbar. Das Frühstück war ok. Fürdurchreise zu empfehlen.

El hotel cumple con las funciones para lo cual fue contratado. El personal muy amable y correcto. Pase una estadia agradable, no buscaba lujos, solo hacer base para conocer las zonas arqueologicas. Todo fue a gusto.

We were not able to check in to the hotel because when we arrived, the receptionist said that all of the rooms were completely booked. He did not speak any English at all, which was fine, we were knowledgeable of some Spanish. We had reservations through hotels.com but the receptionist still would not help us. So we had to drive around until we found a new place to stay; we ended up paying a lot more than we had anticipated. This was a very bad experience and we will not plan to stay there again.

Hotel très moyen, fait l'affaire juste pour une nuit. Il n'y a vraiment rien autour de l’hôtel, même pas un commerce. Chambre assez grande, lit plutôt confortable. La clim fait un bruit insupportable, il n'y a qu'une chaîne de TV. La salle de bain est toute petite et il n'y a pas de rideau de douche donc on met de l'eau partout... Lors de notre venue il y avait un chien dans la cour de l’hôtel, celui-ci a aboyé toute la soirée...
