"Honestly, one of the worst places I have stayed in a while. Check-in was good and staff were helpful. However, from there it deteriorated quickly. The room was dated and very basic. No grill, no toaster, coffee machine was there but there was moldy coffee left in it. Walls had been repaired in a really poor way in places and the equipment was old and not clean. "The location of this hotel is fabulous and we love the option to get family apartments with multiple rooms and different bed configurations. However, we were surprised that some basic amenities were not provided. For example, there is a coffee machine but no filters (maybe a French press would be better - no need for filters). "Excellent food both at breakfast and in the lovely restaurant. Both rooms have incredible sea views which we greatly appreciated. The spa and the outdoor therapy pool were nicely appointed. Our massages were arranged on our arrival and were perfect. We were there on cool overcast days so we didn’t take advantage of the beach directly across from the hotel. But it was tempting. They made us and our dogs welcome and we truly enjoyed our stay at La Elmes. "

"Such a beautiful hotel with a calm & relaxed atmosphere, we were so pleased that we’d booked to stay here! From the great breakfasts to the gorgeous rooftop pool, this was a gem of a place to have found. Checked in by really professional and welcoming staff, we loved the convenience of parking on site and being able to opt for an apartment to give us a little more space and the opportunity to self cater if we wanted to. Already can’t wait to return, many thanks to the whole team- a super time was had by us both! "

"The check-in experience was a bit challenging since the staff only spoke French, but things improved significantly when the front desk lady used her cellphone to translate, which made the process smooth and comfortable. The breakfast was good, and the location was perfect for us — we were visiting Andorra and also wanted to explore parts of the French Pyrenees. The only inconvenience was that the rooms didn’t have air conditioning. However, the outside temperature was pleasant enough to enjoy a nice breeze in the room."
