"I booked 2 rooms. 1 had a musty odor, which im the only one it bothered, and the other smelled fabulous, so i got that one 😁 outside of that everything was perfect. It was a family weekend and the location was perfect with amenities suiting 65 yo to 2 yo. We didn't have to drive anywhere. Street car right by to take us downtown or just walk to the adjoining mall full of specialty shops.at Crown Center. The aquarium, lego land and union station all right there. Now the staff was the absolute best, not one bad attitude, all very cheerful and helpful. "

"Great service, your boy Issahia was a very good server at pool, Izy have great skills on bar and Lucas in dining bar whit a great talk. Beds 10/10 Housekeeping 10/10 Outside Pool 10/10 Thanks to the staff and all the facilities. My wife and I had a wonderful weekend."

"This was a lovely SUMMER trip to KC to see our son who’s doing an engineering internship. It was 5 days of great food, pool time and friendly staff. Great location for entertainment and walking to any event you’d like. Had an issue with HOT water and they were so KIND to move us to a new room and it felt like an upgrade for sure. Daily cleaning and touch up of our room was so so nice! We will return! Lots of people celebrating engagement parties, bridal showers and birthdays! Special memories for ALL! "
