“Room was okay, carpets looked outdated and table had rust. Bed sheets were clean which was important.”

The jacuzzi tub jets were dated and not clean. The hotel could use updating and the automated room messaging needs tuning to give accurate information. The breakfast was adequate with minimal meat choice. Overall, not a bad place to stay but not the best either. If you need the room space the beds and suite were good...

“Always a great stay! Our second time staying here on our yearly Santa Cruz trip and it was great as always!”

“Clean and quiet. Beds are comfortable. Various food options near the hotel. On-site parking is easy. Quick access to nice beaches including Steamer's lane, Pleasure point, and Santa Cruz Boardwalk. Hot tub is hard to be a big advantage, too small and no view. Overall, deserves a high score.”

“The staff was truly welcoming and helpful. The room was exactly what we needed for our brief stay in Los Gatos. We will book a room here again!”

“Communication is great, Everything went smoothly.”

“May be more helpful staff would be great!”

“Beautiful location, room was immaculate, and checkin was a breeze!”
