“아주아주좋았어요~”

“I had a mixed experience at the hotel. It's great that I had a positive first impression with excellent service and friendly staff. However, the noise and issues with the veranda window and doors must have been frustrating, especially if they were repaired late at night. The staff were kind and that I enjoyed the breakfast. Overall, it seems like there were both positives and areas for improvement during our stay.”

“Staff were so friendly, food was amazing and the villa was beautiful with everything we needed”

“The resort was very clean and well maintained, there was a peacefulness which you would not get in the more busier resorts. The staff were helpful and very friendly. Only thing I would say is that the dinner service was quite slow, however food was quite good.”

If you are a "Level" guest you have personal concierge service to help you book activities and get room service. The villas with own pool are a wonderful family get-away to relax in. Cons: You may have items stolen from your room (we had multiple items of lower value stolen, which I suspect the young staff wanted to try - but the value isn't the point,...

“Our stay at Diamonds Mapenzi Beach had several positive aspects. The location is good, the pool area is nice, and the staff are friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout the stay. That said, there are a few points worth being aware of. The rooms appear more worn in reality than the pictures suggest, which detracts from the overall impression. In addition, the food unfortunately falls below expectations. Considering the price, the culinary experience could have been significantly better. This...

“Mooie nette accommodatie, nieuw en goed onderhouden.”

“Rooms were beautiful, clean & well stocked each day. Grounds immaculate & landscaping lush & tropical. Attention to details everywhere. Staff excellent & food in all restaurants were top notch. Beach is absolutely breathtaking, esp the low tides make for magical photos”

“Amazing customer service!!! Everyone there is so helpful, professional, and nice. The place is well maintained! I will definitely come back!”

“The best hotel”
