“The location and views were amazing, but unfortunately, several aspects of our stay were disappointing. There was an overwhelming smell of vinegar in the room, and the patio was covered in ants, which really detracted from the experience. We were also shocked to discover that pool towels cost €10. “The room itself is nice and good located. Only thing good to know, there is only stair to go up. And there is a foul smell coming out of the bathroom, maybe it’s a problem with the sewage. For the rest we found it a good place and clean.”

“The hotel is centrally located in Funchal close to the mall, grocery store and the boardwalk. The kitchen is great with a full fridge to store snacks and water. The restaurant downstairs offer a fantastic lunch for great price of 12 euro. The included breakfast is awesome with a great al la carte section breads,cheese and fruit. All staff was great but Kaitalin was fabulous and created a beautiful driving tour for us along the coastline!”
