“Beautiful property, poor management — 6/10 Stayed in July 2026 for a cycling trip. Hotel itself is a 9/10, but service and upkeep drag it down. Pros: Stunning mountain views from rooms, dining room, and garden On-site onsen with real hot spring water, spacious and scenic Great breakfast buffet, Japanese and Western options plus daily set plate Spacious rooms, some with bathtubs overlooking the garden Lovely lobby with free drinks and snacks Cons: We confirmed dinner twice by message before...

“The staff were helpful and it was a pleasant stay for a night!”

“This hotel was an unpleasant place to stay. when we arrive there at 3 am from airport, found a note with a room key. We fell asleep not taking shower though, the next morning she(the manager) inhibited my husband from taking shower due to late morning already. However the check out was 10 am through. The worst thing happened next, she blamed me for not checking in and then ordered me to check in rudely.”
