“Very nice staff. Front desk and breakfast guy were great 👍”

“깨끗하고 직원이 친절해서 좋았습니다”

“Very nice except previous guests items were still in the fridge. Breakfast very good.”

“Food was great”

“It was good enough for a night bed was comfortable. The ac was loud and everything is pretty dated in the common areas and messy like stepping back into 1990s. Reminded me more like a nursing home with the layout, decor and smell. The restaurant staff was friendly and attentive. I hope they all get a good severance package and set up with a new job. As I heard the place is sold and they’re tearing it down. So I guess that explains the lack of maintenance and cheap offer Expedia should...

“한국 라면이 있는게 인상적이었고 와인과 맥주가 훌륭하게 자리잡고있음 ㅋ 방 청소는 3일에 한번 깔끔하게 해줌 따듯한물도 잘 나오고 여러모로 만족한 호텔입니다.”

“Airport shuttle was great.”

“절대 다른 고객에게 추천 안함. 넘 서비스 및 편의점 시설이 형편 없었음. Badth stub도 없었음...just shower bues.”

“Was ok as a Hampton but no breakfast in the morning, this is a 100% satisfaction guarantee failure so the hotel should have refunded everyone in full but only did it if the guest specifically asked for the refund they were entitled to - shows a real lack of integrity by management. As we booked through Expedia and not directly they refused to give Expedia the refund!”

“Everything was fine except breakfast was lousy and they ran out some food items more than 30 minutes before end time. Well below Residence Inn breakfast quality expectations that we have been accustomed to (comparing with other Residence Inns). Understand this hotel - only a year old - they must improve in this area. Would go to other Richmond area Residence Inns, but not this one.”

“It was totally amazing. I got a room decorated from PrettySpacesDesigns in RVA for a birthday, and they did amazing. The hotel was a smooth experience. From check-in, to the decorators, to the breakfast, to check out, it was excellent. The rooms were also big and spacious. And the rooms were clean as well. I had great interactions with everyone!”

“The best”
