The hotel looks insane from the outside but the interior was old-fashioned. Our room was gigantic but not that equipped as expected. The infinity adult pool area was magical! I expected a concierge service for the luggage but that didn't happen. Overall the stay was lovely for the view and pool and less for the hotel and room itself.

We changed the room for the second night but cigarette smells came in through the fans in the bathroom.

Poor ac and no gym or pool

Although this hotel looks great on the outside it is horrible on the inside. If you like air conditioning, don’t come here. The first night the AC worked fine, but then nothing but heat came out the 2nd night. I complained at 9 pm at night and I was told to open the balcony to let cool air in. They said the AC was not broken, but it was normal for the heat to come on because it was “cool” outside. I was sweating all night! Also, ever since covid they have not opened the gym even though their buffet breakfast was crammed with people. No pool, no sauna, no whirl pool.
