โThe room and facilities were very clean and well-kept. However, I felt that staff members need more professional training, I didn't expect professional-professional and skillful staff members as this is not a chain hotel though. I'm thinking that staff members of a boutique hotel need professionalism as much as they need friendly and lively attitude. Typical boutique and 3-star hotel, but overall not bad considering its room rate.โ
โPerfect fit for families traveling. Access is not easy to the City on walking, although not far when using uber. Free minibar is well beyond expectations and swimming pool is wonderful.โ
โThe room condition was good, but when I lay down, I felt that there was some sand on the bed right after check-in.
I wonder if the bed covers are washed and replaced every time a guest checks out.โ
โThis is an old worldy hotel with lots of memorabilia in all parts. The rooms are interesting. Unusual lighting. The beds are really comfortable. The showers wonderful.
We were upgraded which was a treat. The staff were friendly and interested.โ
