“Planned a last minute beach getaway and found this hotel only 30 minutes away from the airport. We arrived at 11 am and were still able to check in to our 4 hours early thanks to the amazing receptionist. Room was clean and the beach was very accessible. The hotel also has a fitness center, pool, hot tub, and jet ski rental. My one small complaint is the small restaurant that is located inside the hotel. Food is a bit overpriced for what you get. And when we asked the staff for plastic utensils...

“We had a short stay, so we enjoyed the convenience of the beach right there. They had an assistant on the beach that set up an umbrella for us by our loungers. It wasn’t very crowded and we felt safe leaving our stuff on the loungers while in the ocean. Pool was clean and our room was spacious. The drain in the bathroom sink was a little slow. “We stayed there for our 49th wedding anniversary. Usually a hotel will send a bottle to your room; not this hotel. The people who work at this hotel are not happy and it shows in their attitude with the customers. In my opinion, there needs to be a management change at the top to produce a happier atmosphere and employees who are more customer oriented. ”
