“Check-in was stressful. We did not receive the key code in advance and had to wait outside for a long time with small children. We called multiple times but didn't get helpful assistance. The property itself needs some maintenance in the kitchen — the available pans were old and badly scratched, and the freezer drawers were broken and heavily iced over, making it unusable. With better communication and some kitchen updates, it could be much better.”

We're told at reception that the room was up 2 flight of stairs but it would be worth it, Walking into room 12 our breath was taken away, it was definitely worth the climb. Dinner that evening and breakfast next morning we're excellent. Will definitely be back. Jim and Lorna”

Meals very pricey and not value ( plus 12.5% service charge ) All staff fantastic , very smart , courteous and friendly . Free shuttle cars to airport a boon . Pity no gymnasium in hotel or swimming pool !!still as mostly a 1 night stay hotel not to expect those details .”
