“Positive: Good-sized, clean room with a comfortable bed. Nice pool and hot tub. Great location, close to downtown and restaurants. Negative: Overpriced for what it offers. Breakfast was very limited — low-quality packet cereals and oatmeal, no vegetables, no cut fruit (just whole apples), and a small selection of cheap bread. For a hotel charging over $300/night, I'd expect a proper continental breakfast. Next time, I'd rather book a lower-star hotel with better (and cheaper) breakfast options.”

“Travelers should beware that Otsego Resort's front desk closes early, like 5 pm, even in the summer. I and my family were arriving late, so I called ahead, before 5 pm, to let them know of my late arrival. I had to leave a message, and no one called me back. When we arrived a little before 10 pm the doors were locked and the lights off. We had to find accomodations elsewhere. When I called the next day, the attendant at the front desk apologized profusely and promised to give me a refund. ...
