“Family suite was so nice! Pool is warm and hot tib is very hot. Love the lil box breakfast choices. Kids loved it. Air hockey in the arcade is fun! Close to stores! We didn’t get a beach view but it was alright. ”

“We had a multi-night stay in Cadillac. Hotel rooms are dated; but they’re currently working on a remodel. The pool room is definitely in need of a renovation- the hand rail on the right side of entering the pool isn’t even attached to the cement anymore. Our shower was not only unclean, but after cleaning it we found out it didn’t drain so they said they would move us to another room with a working shower. We had a lot of stuff and had to move it ourselves and we didn’t get an upgrade or...

“This Best Western is a delightful place to stay. It is clean, updated, in a super safe and convenient location and has so many wonderful ameneties that make this place stand out. The breakfasts are fresh, locally obtained and the eggs and bkft meats are hand cooked-not microwaved frozen fake things. The staff are absolutely the best as well-friendly, helpful, conscientious and customer focused. I will continue to return here again. ”

“1$ Breakfast was good. Would have loved a hot chocolate and oatmeal by the hot water. #2 Absolutely needs a TOWEL BAR and more HOOKS!!! One little hook was on the door back and held one pair of pants. And one outside the bathroom in the entrance where one coat was on. So.... Not one place to hang your wet towel at all. Or no place to hang your small towel by the sink.... So I used a1000 towels. 3# They had three liquid dispensors in the tub and two by the sink. How nice! But Not one...
