The property on the whole was very good it was down to poor management that ruined my stay here as the airport pick up went wrong then I was not allowed access to my room as the said manager of the property Sid or as in my title Sid slow as it took forever for him to react to any issues I had which were cleaning of my room WiFi constantly going off line cost me an extra £35 on my phone bill as a result and water pressure he basically was never around and could not be bothered I tried for 4 days to get my WiFi fixed then on my last day he shows up bang on 12 and wants us out of the room or I will be charged extra to which I pointed out that he had not sorted out my WiFi and this had cost me £35 in top up fees also I had a late flight so needed to store bags until 16.00hrs nothing was offerd in compensation for inconvenience or extra cost to me and when I asked about airport transfer as was promised this was declined as hrs car was in garage so all in all a bad experience why the hell Experian use this clown to manage which ineffect could be a nice property I will never know
This place is absolutely superb, excellent location, the road the apartment is on is not too busy...just right. The apartment is a stone throw from the famous Oxford street in Accra. Right in the heart of the Capital. You are spoilt for choice in eatery places, supermarkets, gift shops, transportation, clubs, bars, local markets, boutiques, hair salons, beauty parlours to name but a fewer.. The apartment is so comfortable, clean and spacious.. in fact just how I like it. You have so much privacy, I felt like I was in my own apartment. The place is safe and secured. Security is excellent...very tight. All the staff are so nice, very accommodating and always ready to help. Wonderful experience. Highly recommended.
