매우 만족스러운 숙박이었딘. 한가지 아쉬운점은 방이 좁아서 옷장이나 서랍이 없는 점인데 위치와 가격을 생각하면 이해할 수 있는 부분이다.

The hotel is centrally located opposite the Genera Train Station. Very close to the lake and old town. The staff are friendly and takes time to explain where to go around town.

We loved our stay here! The front desk team was outstanding and helpful especially Sami and Gloria! The breakfast staff were also friendly and gracious even when I heard someone being rude to the lady working! Excellent location right across from train station; so convenient! The free passes for public transportation was much appreciated! Also close to bus terminal for tours. Room was spotless and had mini fridge. Plenty of hot water and even a mini balcony. We absolutely loved our time in Geneva and hotel Bernina!

Great location across from the train station. Room very small but well equipped and designed. Staff friendly and helpful. We did not sleep well because the room was warm and stuffy, with no effective individual room temperature control. The windows open, but at night we had to close them because of street noise. Otherwise a very nice, convenient, amd comfortable hotel.

Rooms are a good size. Always clean and tidy. Complimentary mini bar a nice touch. Staff always friendly. Breakfast excellent.

Staff were very helpful with suggestions and arrangements for a brief stay in Geneva. Location is excellent - close to station, lake, and old city. Rooms were comfortable and quiet.

Overall a great place to stay near the train station, in what feels like a pretty safe area. The hotel is not fancy but the staff on reception were nice and the room clean a functional. The only slight issue was the noise from the street - but you are in a busy area. I would stay there again for price and convenience, but not if I wanted special or upmarket

Staff was exceptionally helpful in providing assistance whenever asked, which in our case was frequently. location, room, breakfast were all excellent. Would definitely stay here again.

I arrived a bit early and luckily my room was ready so they let me check in early. I was happy this place had AC as there was a heat wave when I was there and the location was great. It was in the middle of everything that I wanted to do with great dining options only blocks away. I didn't find it noisy, but I am from NYC. The main train station was just across the major street, but I never heard or felt the trains anytime when I was in the hotel. WIFI was excellent and I would definitely stay here again!

A localizaçao é perfeita perto de tudooo!! Mas o quarto é muuuito pequeno.. no maximo um casal q nao seja espaçoso e q tenha apenas mala de mao.. pois fui com meu bebê e foi muito ruimmm!!! Muuuuito apertado o quarto… o cafe da manha é otimo, funcionarios atenciosos !! Mas no site da hoteis.com diz q tem geladeira mas nao tem… apenas algo grudado na parede que nao gela nada… tive q comprar gelo pra manter a comida do meu bebe gelada a noite toda… e eu tinha reservado esse hotel por causa da geladeira… achei muito desagradavel essa informaçao errada!!! Pois o q tem no quarto grudado na parede nao funciona como geladeira

Friendly and helpful staff. The staff is customer first focused and very knowledgeable. Shopping, restaurants and transportation is right outside of the hotel making it very convenient for guests.

The rooms and common areas were spotlessly clean, and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. The property is extremely convenient to transportation, shopping, restaurants, and museums. I will definitely stay at this hotel again when visiting Geneva.

This is our second stay here. Can’t be beat for convenience to the train station. Super clean and comfortable. The AC worked well for our stay during a heat wave. The downside is that the rooms are tiny. OK for one person but two is a real squeeze. Otherwise, really very nice.
