Good hotel for the money. Bathroom was a bit small, but otherwise great location and very friendly and helpful staff.

This was an older building, a more European type hotel. Smaller room but it did have a private bathroom (smaller but had everything you needed). Great water pressure. Close to sites, train station, and buses. Staff were wonderful and helpful.

The hotel is close to rail station and not far into old town. it is a very old and tired property that needs a revamp. The rooms are a decent size but are tired and need decorating especially the bathrooms. Staff were friendly and helpful but had no maps to help you get around.

Small room, tight European shower, and no frills, but it is conveniently located and the staff was helpful and friendly. If you are looking for luxury, you won't find it here. But at this price you shouldn't expect luxury.

Great stay at the hotel Geneve, staff were really friendly and helpful! My only problem was the adapter to charge my UK phone, the socket did not work and was a smaller pin than usual.

Fine, fine hotel, but we left sad-hearted
Lovely, cozy, and old-fashioned place. This is the type of hotel we prefer: a one-of-a-kind hotel, greatly loved by its proprietors and its guests. But. Our excitement failed when we learned, the next morning, that we would not be sharing a breakfast provided by the hotel: though we looked, when looking for a hotel, only for those which provided a (free) breakfast. We were informed no, there was, instead, coffee and a croissant and orange juice provided if requested, for a charge. Suddenly the great gift that we thought the hotel would providing us, to begin every person's day, was withdrawn, and we no longer felt kindly hosted. Hotel Geneve was listed in hotel.com's list of hotels near the main train station which provide a breakfast, for free, for their guests. We, not French speakers and from another continent, did not have the courage to insist that breakfast should be provided us. We, almost seventy years old, who have been traveling through Europe for eight months, in eight different countries, and with only one night and one morning in Switzerland, ducked our heads in sorrow and proceeded without, onto the train station and our departure. We do take great memories with us of the soft beds, the thick duvets, the gentle paintings of cows in the Swiss countryside, and the delightful and rich entry hall, where our fine breakfast would have taken place and cemented our memories forever of being loved, welcomed, and tended as promised in Switzerland.

Great value for a clean, comfortable room. Very convenient to Geneva train station, less than minutes away on foot. Would stay here again.

The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The nice receptionist even stepped out on the street to show me where the tram left for the UN. There was a very nice vibe among the hotel staff. The hotel is conveniently located close to the train station and shopping area. I will definitely stay at this Hotel again next time. Price/ value is great! Thank you!

struttura a pochi passi dal centro di Ginevra, a 5 minuti a piedi dai mercatini di Natale 2023 situati sulla riva opposta al Jardin Anglais. Struttura molto accogliente con rifiniture in legno, prezzo ottimo, unico neo il bagno nelle stanze che è un prefabbricato di plastica come fosse un bagno di un aereo, anche se nuovo e pulito. Ottima struttura per alloggiare a Ginevra a buon prezzo.

We had a lovely stay at the hotel. Good location for getting out and about in Geneva. Good value for money which made the weekend more affordable. The gentleman who greeted us for our stay was lovely, he could not have been more helpful. Room was very clean, nice beds. An extra pillow would have been good and there is only one available plug socket which is where the light switch is. This was a little tricky, but, we just unplugged one of the bedside lamps and used that instead. A lovely stay, good value for money and we would stay again. Thank you.

Rugby World Cup
We were 3 mature rugby World Cup supporters on our first visit to Geneva. We stayed 1 night at the hotel and it excellent. The rooms we were given were comfortable and clean. The staff really made this hotel. They're English and local knowledge is great and they're so friendly and willing to help. The hotel is situated very close to the restaurants, bars and shops.
