"Hotel name misses the mark. We stayed at this establishment in two different rooms and both had a packaged condom for your use. This was off putting to say the least. Floors seemed dirty though flimsy disposable slippers were provided. Chairs in one room were heavily stained. The sink in one bathroom was leaking and seems like it wasn’t fixed for a long time as the marble was black. Beds were comfortable and sheets were cleaned. Both rooms came with 3 hand towels and 1 bath towel. On the second occasion when my husband requested another large towel he was told by front desk staff, “In Korea only 1 towel”. This is not true as we confirmed with other Koreans. The towels were very thin and threadbare in some spots. They were able to accommodate us when we asked to leave our one luggage with them while we went to Jeju Island and came back to stay, which was super helpful. Would I recommend this hotel?… I prefer hotels to be more welcoming and cleaner. "

Location was easy to find, staff were helpful, respectful and welcoming. Surrounding scenery and close by walking/running path lined with cherry blossom trees is beautiful. Would definitely return! "Loved everything about the property except the fact that the building runs on central air. We were not able to cool the room because it was not yet considered spring/ summer weather and therefore they would not cool the building. Luckily the room windows opened and we were able to cool the room that way. Great space and accommodations! "

"Wonderful apartment at very convenient location! Lots of restaurants, shops, and market in the neighborhood. The only issue is language - all the signs, messages they sent, and instructions in the room are in Korean. Takes some time to figure out the front desk is on the 2nd floor of an apartment building."

"My room wasn’t cleaned and dirt was everywhere. Along with hair being all in the bed. The had roach spray my the coffee maker so that was. Red flag. Don’t waste your money"
