"The hotel’s location is excellent. It’s close to the subway station, shops, department store, and cafés, making it very convenient for getting around. The staff were friendly, too. We also appreciated that the hotel offered free parking, which was a nice bonus.
The room we stayed in was spacious for a family of three. It even had a washer, which was helpful during our stay.
Overall, our family enjoyed our stay, though the hotel could improve its upkeep. Part of the bathroom ceiling had black dust that initially looked like mold, and there was an unpleasant odor coming from the shower drain when we first used it. We also found the bed a bit uncomfortable.
Despite these minor issues, we had a pleasant stay overall and would consider staying here again if we visit Korea in the future."
