"Staff are amazing as they were helpful in every way. Language barrier was not a problem at all. Room was cleaned spotless all the time. Breakfast was the best inclusion choice I ever made. Everything was delicious with lots of choices and kind staff. I will stay here again next time. "

"From a standard from the US this property wouldn’t be considered a “hotel” per se. Rather it’s a motel at best with very very limited amenities. Think Super 8 motel that’s been painted black inside. Cleanliness is not quite acceptable. All rooms are SMOKING. I speak Korean and asked in Korean whether they had any non-smoking rooms. The staff said “no, and even if we were to state non-smoking, we wouldn’t have a way to enforce the non-smoking policy. Everyone just smokes in their rooms!” I got a migraine headache first night due to the smell. Highly discourage folks from using this place as a “hotel”."

"I honestly have nothing bad to say about my stay at Lacozi stay. The room was super spacious, the bed very comfortable and the staff were super helpful. The location is a bit out of the way from central Seoul but it's super well connected with plenty of bus and tube options around. If you're sensitive to sound when you sleep you might find the big street underneath a little loud but nothing a normal pair of earplugs can't help with. "

"My room wasn’t cleaned and dirt was everywhere. Along with hair being all in the bed. The had roach spray my the coffee maker so that was. Red flag. Don’t waste your money"

"Ok stay. Hotel a little dated, it is located on a good bus route. 20 mins to the markets we wanted to visit. Really good affordable restaurants in the area. Would have liked to stay abit more central but then we wouldn't have eaten at local great places. Would have liked bigger towels and a kettle in the room. Also the bed sheets don't feel soft but comfortable mattress. Could improve in some areas but ok for prince in Korea. "
