위치는 최적이나 환기시스템 부재 및 좁은 공간에 아쉬움
숙소의 위치는 만족스러웠으나, 전체적으로 방의 크기가 매우 작았다. 침대와 책상을 지나다니다가 허벅지를 찧는경우가 잦았다. 또한 환기시스템에 문제가 있었는지, 에어컨에 물방울이 맺히는 상황이 발생했었다. 훌륭한 위치, 훌륭한 가격에 비해 아쉬운 객실관리 및 공간 사용인 듯 하다.

시설은 not bad, 서비스는 bad
체크인 하는데 문제가 있었는지 시간이 아주 많이 들었습니다. 거기서 많이 마이너스가 되었어요. 서비스 부분이 많이 아쉬웠습니다. 방은 1층을 배정받았고, 엘리베이터 근처여서 조금 소음이 있었습니다. 가격이 저렴하진 않은 것 같은데 생수 제공이 안되는 것이 매우 아쉽네요. 조식은 가격대비 좋습니다.

역 앞에 있어 편리하고 직원분이 정말 친절 했어요
역에서 도보 5분이내 이고, 가격대비 정말 편하고 잘 쉬다 갑니다. 특히 직원분이 정말 친절하고 영어도 잘하시고 추천 관광지역에 교통편까지 쉽게 알려주셔서 짧은 시간 친구들과 정말 즐겁게 제노아 관광이 가능했습니다. 방도 깨끗하고 가성비좋았어요 b&b체인 많이 다녀봣는데 제일 좋았습니다

The staff is fantastic and very helpful, even called my B&B at the Rome airport to inquire about airport shuttle for us there. The room is basic and functional. The bed was comfortable and good shower. Really cool 100 year old cage elevator up to our room. We chose this property because it’s directly across from the train station and we had a 7am departure. The area itself is as you would expect near a station..a little grungy. We walked to the harbor and that was a bit sketchy too from here so probably best to just get a taxi. Overall it was fine.

The staff was courteous and friendly. The bed was comfortable. The hotel itself could definitely use some updates - couldn’t get into the bathroom without climbing over the bed, the stand holding the sink was rusted.

If you are looking for the ideal hotel location in Genova, it is difficult to beat this location - so close to the main railway station with lots of local buses, and only a 10 minute walk from the harbour. But more than this - the hotel was excellent and having breakfast onsite was a huge plus.

B&B Hotel Genova was conveniently located to the train station (though actually maneuvering to and from the station was not easy). While convenient to the Genoa downtown, the actual neighborhood seemed devoid of good dining and shopping options. The place had a young vibe, with lots of groups of teens coming and going. Getting to the room included using one of those weird antique double-door cage elevators that can be a pain to operate. The room was spacious compared to the bathroom that was modestly stocked (no soap at the sink) narrow and oddly configured (you had to swivel 45-degrees to do your business). The bed mattress was squishy but, thankfully, the pillows were firm. WIFI was rock solid.

Der Frühstücksraum ist zu eng, bzw das Buffet und die Tische Stühle sind sehr ungünstig angelegt. Sitzen dort Gäste kommt man nicht durch.

The benefit of being just across the train station made the location noisy with constant traffic. Other than the street noise, room was large, clean and comfortable with very helpful staff

Gegenüber des Bahnhof und fußläufig zum MSC-Terminal. Gut geeignet bei Vorübernachtung, wenn man zum Schiff möchte. Zimmer sauber und geräumig, an der einen oder anderen Stelle ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen.

Hotelli oli siisti huoneen kylpyhuonetta lukuunottamatta. Kylpyhuone oli tunkkainen ja suihkualtaan reunat aivan homeessa. Huoneessa oli todella voimakas hajusteen haju kokoajan, joka tarttui vaatteisiinkin. Huoneeseemme tuli aikaisin aamulla nukkuessamme joku joka säikähdyksestä kiljaistuani poistui samantien. Good location for trips station across rd ,friendly staff and clean Continental breakfast good choice.Overall very pleased with Hotel no problems or issues, recommend if staying for convenience transfers or stop overs for few days , not for romantic break.

The location was perfect: just across the street from the train station. The room was very average but the bathroom was below average. The faucet was too short for the sink; therefore, the water would hit the porcelain on the faucet side and was difficult to use. The shower grout was full of mold and the floor drain was hard to move around. Lastly, there was no shower door: only a half clear glass wall which did not keep the water from splashing out of the stall. It was sufficient for our purposes since we spent very little time in our room.
