La struttura non è in posizione centrale a Genova ma molto meglio cosi perchè è in posizione tranquilla e vicina a fermate Bus e Stazione del Treno da cui si può arrivare ovunque in pochi minuti. Il plus di questo hotel è assolutamente il parcheggio privato e la comodità e pulizia delle camere. Personale sempre molto attento e disponibilie per ogni necessità.

Lovely place
Excellent hotel near the sea. Friendly and helpful staff, immaculate towels, clean and comfy beds and modern, tidy rooms. We had everything we needed in our standard family bedroom. Breakfast was basic but delicious. Front desk extremely helpful. Recommended without a doubt.

👍 Posizione comoda alla stazione/mezzi pubblici; bagno nuovo e funzionale; pulizia generale buona; terrazzino personale. 👎 Parcheggio dell’hotel occupato da mezzi di lavoro, di altri ospiti, che impedivano di uscire/entrare quando lo si desiderasse (la sera); dal secondo giorno abbiamo preferito lasciare l’auto in strada. Colazione: in fase di prenotazione avevamo scelto di fare la colazione in struttura (50€ in più per due persone) e una volta giunti in hotel scopriamo che la nostra colazione, causa Covid, sarebbero state delle merendine ed un bollitore in stanza. Pulizia della stanza: nel complesso positiva, peccato che fosse effettuata da personale che non indossava la mascherina e la nostra stanza non fosse mai pronta prima delle 15. Nel complesso non siamo rimasti soddisfatti e riteniamo che la struttura sia troppo cara per i servizi offerti.

Hotel Iris June 2019
Set back from sea-front - 200-300m. Plenty of parking. Train station within walkable distance for trips into Genoa. Clean room. Effective air conditioning. Modern bathroom/great shower. We were looking onto buildings in fairly close proximity. The room opposite was over the side street and looked lighter. No restaurant but excellent options on the sea-front (grilled fish at Mau Gio was best value meal on our tour). Coffee and ice-cream at the corner café excellent and friendly bars in proximity and on the beach. Good continental breakfast buffet. We would book at this hotel again.

Quaint hotel, all ammenities, near Genoa
As we are traveling Italy by bike, the hotel was very accommodating upon check in with a secure storage space. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean and offered all the necessary amenities. There was a nice patio off of the room and was a welcome addition to enjoy a nice bottle of Italian wine. The hotel is located a few minutes walking from the beach and the center of town - complete with ATM, a great focacceria with wonderful food and a gelateria. The breakfast was typical Italian with everything fresh complete with good coffee. We would recommend Hotel Iris highly.

L'hotel è un una posizione ottima. Nervi è molto vicina e c'è davanti una lunga passeggiata lungomare. Per i 3 stelle non è a buon mercato però ci siamo sempre trovati bene. Questa volta però la stanza in fondo al primo piano non ci ha convinto. In particolare tutta la notte vi ha fatto compagnia un costante rumore dall'esterno, di un qualche motore. In bagno vicino alla doccia c'erano formiche. Per contro materassi confortevoli, personale cordiale e parcheggio gratuito. Speriamo la prox volta di essere più fortunati.

Très bien !
Hotel très bien situé, propre et confortable. Accueil sympathique et prévenant. Grand parking très accessible. Wi-Fi. Bon petit déjeuner. Possibilité d'aller à pied à Gênes et Nervi (jolie promenade), sinon le bus ainsi que la gare pour aller aux 5 terres se trouvent à deux pas. Tout a été très bien !

Hotel bien situé pour visiter genes
Une nuit passée à l hôtel iris en sept 2015. Très bon accueil, personnel sympathique et serviable Chambre et salle de bain suffisamment spacieuses et propres. Petit déjeuner buffet, choix varié sucré / salé Bien situé pour visiter genes sans avoir à utiliser la voiture car l hôtel dispose d'un parking Bus à 2 pas de l hôtel, achat de tickets de bus possible à l hôtel. 20 à 25 minutes et on se retrouve dans genes. Attention, néanmoins une fois à l hôtel le soir, pas grand chose pour se restaurer, prévoir de rester sur genes.

Situado en una barriada con cierto carácter, alejada del centro y junto al mar. Hotel cómodo para estar de paso por Génova con coche y quedarse una o dos noches. Está cerca de la autopista y de una estación de metro que lleva rápidamente al centro de la ciudad.

Velbeliggende og hyggeligt
Vi boede på Hotel Iris i en uge i sommerferien. En voksen og to teenagere. Hotellet ligger i Quarto dei Mile, som er en fin lille forstad til Genova, med en fin lille strand og et par udmærkede restauranter og flere pizzariaer. Der er gode bus-, og togforbindelser til centrum og videre hen langs kysten. hotellet var hyggeligt, med meget venlig betjening og god morgenmad. Klart anbefalelsesværdigt.

Nous avons passé une nuit à cet hotel avant de visiter Portofino , et nous n'avons pas été déçu . La réceptionniste a été très souriante et serviable . Elle nous a bien conseillée pour rechercher un restaurant le soir et pour notre visite du lendemain . L'hôtel est idéalement placé , proche de la mer et de l'autoroute et le parking est un gros avantage ! Un seul petit hic, la qualité du petit déjeuner qui n'est vraiment pas top ...

Wir besuchten Feunde in Quattro, daher war die Lage für uns ideal. Es ist aber ein Stück weit weg vom Zentrum Genovas. Das Zimmer war sauber und verfügte über vier vollwertige Betten. Badezimmer waren frisch renoviert.

I've stayed at the hotal for one nigt as I had to go to Gazini Hospital. The staff is very nice, breakfast SUPER and a real nice italian Capuccino. The only thing is that I had the room just over the reception so...a little noisy, but that's fine!

ottimo hotel. personale disponibilissimo. molto vicino ad una piccola spiaggia libera. lo consiglio.
