“Beautiful hotel, staff are so friendly and helpful. Facilities great, hotel feel is laid back and luxurious but not fussy. Very clean and beautifully kept grounds. Location is great 30 minute walk to beautiful little town Panormo which has plenty restaurants, bars and a few shops. 30 minute drive into the city of Rethymno. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxed base to explore Crete, we stayed for 1 week and felt we could have easily stayed another few days. ”
“My only gripe is that the drink situation in the buffet area. You have to find a server to get you a Pepsi. They have drink machines but keep them covered. Why? The food is self-service.”

Delicious and great range of food in the buffet. Do book on arrival if want full choice of alternative dining options. Appreciated being able to get snacks for the kids during the day. Highly rate the beach BBQ.
Would have enjoyed some music in the bars in the evening, but beside that couldn’t fault our stay.

“Sehr gute Lage: Die Apartments liegen direkt an einer schönen Bucht, in der man gut schnorcheln kann. Wegen dieser Nähe zum Wasser brauchten wir keine Strandliegen, man kann aber welche mieten,wenn Bedarf besteht.
Beide Tavernen machen sehr leckeres Essen zu angemessenen Preisen. Die Stadt Bali befindet sich in Fußnähe. Übrigens eine reizende kleine Stadt!
Wir haben das Personal als sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit erlebt.Der Chef hat uns beispielsweise immer wieder Gebäck und Obst vom Markt...

The pool was always refreshing and relaxing, and there was a fully-stocked pool bar for drinks. Meals were served buffet style, and the dining area oversaw the pool. “We stayed in their Electra Villa which was luxuriously appointed with fantastic ocean and mountain views and facilities with a sauna, pool and sun loungers that is not overlooked for absolute privacy. A fabulous breakfast was brought to us by the host every morning consisting of salads melons and traditional Crete dishes and pastries all freshly prepared and cooked every morning. The hosts were very welcoming and friendly and were happy to advise on the best places to go in the area.
