“We had a great time at Rectory Manor, a lovely old georgian country house set in mature garden of trees and lawn with a swimming pool and tennis court if you want some exercise. Our room (the Hudson) was furnished in the country house style and was supremely comfortable. The only downside was the bathroom was a bit small and slightly dated. The bath was too small to properly soak. On the plus side we had an unexpected balcony that caught the morning sun whilst giving beautiful country views...

So s.all on this stay that watching the football i had difficulty seeing who was who and were the ball was. Otherwise the staff are friendly the meal i had very good. “We were just passing through and needed a bed for the night, and the Three Kings was in the right place and what we were hoping to pay (school holidays). The Three Kings was much better than expected, great bed, good shower with a bar next door that served good food. Added to my favourates and will stay again.”

“A lovely hotel right in the heart of the town. Very good customer service. Be warned that there are steps throughout the building which made it tricky for our aged parents however we managed to change their room to one without steps to the bathroom with no fuss. Bar service was excellent, we didn't get to down there but the food looked great. ”
