“Pros: Good hotel, Food is perfect, New renovated hotel, Staff is helpful. Cons: Reception staff is not professional enough, calling reception from room is a nightmare, reception is mostly occupied and in a small area, SPA is very expensive and not professional at all, Beach bed is muddy, slippery and not good at all Pool bars serve only beverages, no snacks permitted!! No night entertainment!! ”

“Séjour incroyable ! La ville d’El Gouna est très agréable et vous vous sentirez en sécurité. L’hôtel se situe à 2 minutes à pied du Down Town (beaucoup de restaurant) et à quelques minutes en tuctuc de la marina (-1€ le tuctuc). Le PDJ est complet et bon. La chambre est pas très grande pour un long séjour mais très jolie et pratique ! Nous avions la chance d’avoir un accès terrasse vers la piscine (très pratique). Vous avez un petit espace plage ou un bateau qui vous emmène à la vraie plage...
