“Pas de climatisation”

“The hotel was in very convenient area and the staff was really helpful and kind. Enjoyed the dinner in roof top and the breakfast downstairs , also they arranged a driver to take us to old Cairo before heading to the airport. Yousef was excellent!”

“Amazing hotel to view a close up of the pyramids. The hotel doesn’t have a bar and no were to buy alcoholic drinks in the area. The staff there are amazing. Sam, he was amazing. He has amazing customer service skills and really cares about the guest. If it wasn’t for him, we would have not survived. I trust him, and would return again. The food amazing. Restaurant is located in the roof. **Be advised, if you plan to get an UBER to the airport, UBER drivers will send you a message on the app and...

“The highlight of my stay was definitely the beautiful view! However, the property was quite noisy at times, which made it difficult to fully relax. Cleanliness was also an area that could use some improvement. While I appreciated the lovely scenery, a quieter atmosphere and more attention to housekeeping would have made the experience much more enjoyable.”

“I’ve stayed at Tuya Pyramids multiple times now, and this was already my 4th visit—this place truly feels like a second home to me. Every stay exceeds my expectations. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, the energy of the people is genuine, and everything is always taken care of with so much attention and kindness. Waking up here and enjoying the breathtaking rooftop view never gets old. A very special thank you to Nada and Mohammed for their incredible support and kindness—they really go...
