“Perfect small room for a couple days. Air-conditioning worked great but could hear everything going on in the hallway”

“The curtain on a huge window next to the bed was missing, which meant I had an awful sleep. I let the hotel know in the morning via WhatsApp (how they have previously communicated with me) and they didn't bother to answer. “This was truly the best hotel that we stayed in while we were in Scotland! The only problem is that it is in Glasgow, and it is not even close to one of the prettiest places in the country. If you go to Scotland, you need to go to the Highlands or the Isle of Skye and not here. This hotel is awesome though!! The service was fantastic and the rooms and interior are beautiful.
