โClassic hotel, excellent updates. It's still a 1912 building, but everything works and it's clean. Great breakfast at Broder Ost, great location. โ
โWe live about 3 hours from here, we decided to book a room here meeting half way to the coast, which is quite a drive. We wanted to explore the dam and fish hatchery. Really nice rooms, pool and beautiful view of the columbia river. We hope to make this a tradition stopping here.โ
โA wonderful property with great staff. We loved the ambience and warmth of the property and the location relative to the Columbia River Gorge and White Salmon could not have been better. We are already planning a return trip.โ
โInteresting experience. There is no on-site staff, but the building is in excellent (restored) condition. You let yourself in with the door code and then youโre on your own.
The on-site restaurant is not operating, so we drove a couple miles for dinner. We made breakfast from what was on site.
Thankfully there was no noise from the railroad outside.
