"Once again, next to the ice machine and the elevator. Is this a given with an Expedia booking? A pack of tweens had the ice machine going from nonstop from 9-11 p.m.. That along with the hotel’s construction noise almost made the spaciousness of the room irrelevant."

Breakfast was basic - the decaf coffee was cold and fruit came prepared in plastic cups The water temperature control in the bath/shower could not be regulated - water was either extremely hot (almost scalding) or extremely cold ( frigid).One of two elevators was out of order."

The lobby was particularly unpresentable and failed to create a welcoming first impression. Overall, the condition and upkeep did not meet expectations, and significant improvements are needed in both appearance and overall management."
